Review:
I noticed as Danny Trejo and Eric Roberts in it. It's not like the two master thespians or anything, but I found it quite pleasant, even in B-movies. (B in the low budget or just plain bad.) Trejo and Roberts have small parts, with screen time may amount to less than 10 minutes between them. Eric Roberts seems to be sleepwalking, stoned, or both. The rest of the cast are unrelentingly cruel, or chew the scenery or grunt like a block of wood is blessed with the gift speech.The dialogue is stiff, light, and both white and meaning. Plot, a secret society exorcists battle demons, frivolous and useless. This idea has been done before many times: Constantine 2005 Hellboy 2004 Ninth Gate, 1999, for example. All this, but no works, is infinitely better than this offering.The poor special effects are very bad, something very difficult to achieve with a cheap computer graphics technology today. It is often impossible to tell what is supposed to deal with all the random flashing colored lights and moving shots geological formations. The camera work is very experienced. Eric Roberts in one of several scenes, he spoke with a priest in the eyes of the head frame level.I wish there was something positive I can say about the patch. Oh ... there is something, but it put my wife, who was suffering from insomnia sleep recently.
