Review:
I must admit that despite a direct, 22-year-old boy, I've always had a soft spot for teen movies, so I was looking forward Lindsay Lohan (which really impressed me in Freaky Friday and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen much underestimated) latest.It exceeded my expectations.Lindsay is in top form, as Cady immediately likeable and believable as a normal girl and regulation hottie. This girl is one of the best comic actresses of her generation and has a fully rounded character is hard not to get sick. Not that she's Adult Movies alone.Of Tim Meadows does an impeccable job with the translation of his character with a relatively small number of rows. Neil Flynn (the janitor so familiar with Scrubs) is even better, with some great facial expressions as a parent, as much at sea in suburban America as his daughter. As for Tina Fey ... amazing performance, of course, and it's still as cute as she was on Saturday Night Live, but where it really shines is in the Scriptures, that sounds very realistic (at least for young filmmakers) and has some clear areas (as Coach Carr's teaching.) Of course, the key group is the same nominal Mean Girls - Regina (Rachel McAdams), Gretchen (Lacey Chabert) and Karen (Amanda Seyfried). Rachel McAdams creates memorable high school bully, malicous, strength of spirit and cruel, but not really a virtue for free. Shed screw in a heartbeat if you stepped on their turf, but quiet Gretchen allows a reward for their loyalty. Gretchen herself, Lacey Chabert played great character is his, and not just cardboard minions follow commands. Neurotic, small, desperate, beautiful, loyal and very vague She is perhaps the saddest and sweetest plastic - a girl who definitely has looks and money to get to the top of the pyramid, but the lacked the will or trust. No problem with Karen (Amanda Seyfried) who has great confidence in yourself and your abilities. Youre not stupid, Karen: In one of the films best lines to reference from Regina, Cady tries to comfort Cady.
